Command Pilot

Rudy EstrelladoRudy Estrellado is a retired Major General of the Armed Forces of the Philippines who served a total of 38 years, 2 months and fifteen days. When Rudy retired as Superintendent of the Philippine Military Academy, he was hired as President and CEO of Air Philippines, a new commercial airline.

His management skill and technical knowledge made a turnaround of the airline to modest profitability in the span of one year. He has since left the company and joined the failed attempt of a Cavalier to run for the highest office of the land. He has no definite plans for the near future except to discover the beauty and utility of cyberspace, and become a good Rotarian. He took several courses that have enriched his professional knowledge. He was a combat pilot with more than 5,000 flying hours to his credit. He also checked-out and became the leader of the Tora-Tora Aerial Demonstration Team of the Philippine Air Force. As Wing Commander, he led 15th Strike Wing to garner all the Top Awards from the PAF, the AFP and the Office of the President.

His feat at the Academy serves as a lesson on leadership.
