Tired of seeing Christmas decorations in the shops in October?

We provided a place last year where you could register and add your name to a petition. Unfortunately, although we had many people showing their support, there were nowhere near enough of you for us to be able to make the case to the offenders in the shops and local councils. typically, only one in ten of people visiting this site could be bothered to register.
You've voted with your feet - clearly not that many of you care about this, so we're not able to pursue the campaign any further.
For those of you who still feel strongly about this, and who registered here last year, we can only offer our regrets that there was insufficient support, and suggest that you tackle the problem yourselves by complaining in person in the places where you find excessive and unnecessary display.
